Step 2: A consultation call will be scheduled between you and one of our consultants to answer any questions, and to finalize your total price for the services you selected on the form.

Step 3: Signup (online payment) is done which takes 2 mins max to complete and we then get started.

Consultants are not allowed to take card information during the call. You, will have to manually enter your card information to complete the payment on your end.

We have a variety of design services. All depending on the design service(s) you select, you will be able to select the price that best fits your budget.  This way, the client feels confident about investing in their business, without breaking the bank.

Yes. If your domain is still active, then yes we can still use it and connect to your  new website designed by us. In most cases, we prefer clients to do a domain transfer so their domain is in the same account as their new website we built. This way our tech team can troubleshoot both, but can also make sure the domain is linked to the website properly.

Every design service is different.

For website design: If the client has submitted all their content within 72hrs after they made a payment, then a website can be completed within 7-14 business days if we have all the content in the beginning!  

Otherwise a custom website can take longer to complete due to us having to wait for the client to submit all their content. While we can start building the site with mock images and mock text, we cannot complete the website until the client submits their website information.

Custom logo design or redesign usually takes 3 – 7 business days.

Custom video design usually take 5 – 7 business days.

Custom business card design or redesign usually take 3 – 5 business days.

Custom icon designs usually take 5 business days.

Custom social media designs usually take 5 business days.

App development & design usually takes 3-5 months depending on the level of complexity.

Intranet (private network) development & design usually takes 3-5 months depending on the level of complexity.

Of course! Our goal is to be able to work with our clients on a long term basis. The best way to do that is to give them discounts so the money they save can be reinvested back into their business!

Yes! We want and need your feedback during the design process. Before your website is completed, you will be able to approve every page of the site and make 2 revisions per page before the website is completed. Once the website is completed and you have approved every page, your website will be ready for launch.
